Baked in Denver, Colorado, Victory Love and cookies are a must try! I was lucky enough to sample the owner (and baker)'s unique shortbread cookie, Rosemary and Apricot. This shortbread was light and perfect when paired with a hot cup of coffee. The balance of rosemary and apricot was delightful! Next, I tried Grant's Chocolate Chunk - a perfect chocolate chunk cookie topped with the perfect amount of sea salt.
